Junior Meta Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Meta Specialist to support the Meta advertising team with campaign QA, task tracking, and Asana workflow management.

In Short

• Conduct quality assurance checks on Meta requests.
• Monitor team boards for delayed tasks.
• Follow up on overdue tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Verify completed requests in Meta.
• Support maintenance of internal project management boards.
• Assist in keeping tracking documents updated.
• Provide onboarding and training on Asana.
• Refine Asana workflows for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project tracking.
• Support cross-team coordination for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid media platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets.
