Finance and Grants Manager - Remote

Overview

The Movement Innovation Collaborative (MIC) is seeking a Finance & Grants Manager to support the development of a strong, sustainable internal financial and grantmaking infrastructure during a critical early phase of growth. This role will manage day-to-day financial operations and develop and administer MIC's grantmaking processes and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit finance or grantmaking.
• Strong alignment with MIC's mission and values.
• Knowledge of nonprofit compliance requirements.
• Experience with accounting professionals/vendors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
