In Short

  • Lead and execute highly targeted marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue with key strategic accounts.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing initiatives with account strategies.
  • Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to key decision-makers.
  • Conduct deep account research to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling account-specific content.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize ABM programs.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to scale ABM efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focusing on ABM.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful ABM programs.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, preferably in healthcare or medical device industries.
  • Expertise in lead nurturing and executing effective lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and ABM platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
