Overview

The Associate Customer Support Manager (aCSM) plays a crucial role in managing customer contracts and ensuring satisfaction for Motorola's Public Safety customers.

In Short

  • Manage Managed and Support Services business for assigned customer contracts.

  • Act as a single point of contact for customer management.

  • Manage subcontractors and service quality issues.

  • Participate in revenue forecasting and growth goals.
  • Work closely with various teams for smooth service transitions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service quality.
  • Travel under 25% within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Tennessee.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in contract management and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with public safety services is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing customer expectations and service agreements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel flexibility within the assigned territory.
