Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team at Motive, which empowers operations with tools for safety and productivity.

In Short

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives for discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Provide customized demonstrations of the Motive product.
  • Match customer pains with proposed solutions.
  • Become an expert on Motive’s competition.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with Enterprise AEs.
  • Act as a sales liaison across various internal organizations.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a pre-sales/sales engineering role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to travel ~30%.
  • Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry is a plus.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.
