Senior Product Operations Manager, Hardware - Remote

Overview

The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll out, and iterate on products.

• Define, implement, and optimize processes to streamline product development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvements in engagement models between product, engineering, and business teams.
• Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and manage their implementation.
• Track and analyze core business metrics related to product performance.
• Lead and manage Beta programs for hardware testing.
• Coordinate with key partners for new product launches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a program manager in Product, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in managing product operations with a focus on hardware.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
• A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others.
• A passion for engaging with customers.
• Expertise in data analysis using SQL or other tools.
• Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with remote or offshore teams.
