Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing standardized sales reporting and analytics for Motive. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is detail oriented and is able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and to deliver analytical solutions.

In Short

• Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems.
• Develop and maintain automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
• Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
• Support marketing teams with analysis and reporting.
• Become an expert of the data landscape at Motive.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering or Mathematics.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing Business Intelligence.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solve.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
