  • Drive the overarching go-to-market strategy of the strategic networks organization
  • Lead a world-class team of seasoned Account Directors
  • Develop and execute on strategic account plans
  • Track progress and success of your Account Directors
  • Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for training and coaching
  • Excellence in listening and sales process
  • Collaborate with Account Directors on high-priority clients
  • Ensure use of CRM and operational tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing SaaS sales teams
  • History of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategy
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Lead with curiosity and example
