• Own the health and performance of every truck on the Motive platform.
• Work with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and customers.
• Build and deploy AI models to predict failures and save costs.
• Turn sensor readings into decisions that raise uptime and cut fuel use.
• Automate maintenance and warranty workflows.
• Optimize fuel and energy use mile by mile.
• Extend engine and battery life for mixed fleets.
• Define vision, run experiments, and deliver world-class products.
• Lead a team in product management with a focus on fleet and automotive tech.
• Communicate effectively with various teams.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in fleet, automotive tech, or industrial IoT.
• Track record of shipping cost-cutting or uptime-boosting products.
• Comfortable with data analysis.
• Clear communicator who can align teams.
• Shop-floor experience is a plus.
