• Own the health and performance of every truck on the Motive platform.
• Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Build full-stack products from hardware firmware to cloud services.
• Deploy AI models that predict failures and save costs.
• Automate maintenance and warranty workflows.
• Optimize fuel and energy use.
• Define the vision and deliver world-class products.
• 8-10+ years in product management.
• Hands-on experience in fleet or automotive tech desired.
• Strong data analysis skills are required.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management with at least 2 years leading people.
• Experience in fleet, automotive tech, or industrial IoT.
• Track record of shipping products that cut costs or boost uptime.
• Comfortable with data analysis.
• Clear communicator who can align teams.
• Nice to have: shop-floor experience.
