IT Collaboration Analyst - ServiceNow - Remote

Overview

The IT Collaboration Analyst - ServiceNow will be responsible for supporting the custom app that is part of the global ServiceNow platform and assisting with other modules as needed.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day administrative support functions of the ServiceNow custom app.
• Gather, design, implement, and configure business requirements following ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and implement solutions for the platform.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance the platform to meet business needs.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Managed Service Provider.
• Complete necessary User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the custom application.
• Assist with other ServiceNow modules owned by Mosaic.
• Required to be proficient in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in ServiceNow app is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer and Information Science.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
