Remote Paralegal – Provider Contracts

Overview

A Managed Care Organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support the Provider Contracts group. This role involves assisting with the preparation, review, and management of provider contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal and healthcare terminology, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Draft, review, and edit provider contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in managing contract databases for accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-accredited program is preferred.
