Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Shopify & Amazon Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our digital storefronts across multiple platforms.

In Short

• Own daily operations across Shopify Plus, Amazon, and Walmart.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
• Manage Instagram and Facebook Shops for product launches.
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance.
• Support pre-order and restock coordination with logistics teams.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and align visibility with promotions.
• Assist in merchandising updates across sites.
• Manage product feeds to improve search and discoverability.
• Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies.
• Oversee and improve the customer returns process.
