Recruitment Specialist (Seasonal) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Seasonal HR Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts during our peak hiring season.

In Short

• Manage the posting of job openings, resume reviews, candidate shortlisting, and facilitate onboarding discussions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews (via Zoom or Google Meet) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with the internal HR team to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and sending follow-up communications.
