Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service and Admin Support professional to join our remote team. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, coordinating with our internal teams, and supporting administrative tasks such as order tracking and file management.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email.

• Process Shopify orders accurately.
• Track and update order statuses in Google Sheets.
• Support internal teams with file management using Google Drive.
• Maintain detailed customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
