School Success Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a School Success Specialist whose main mission will be to optimize the implementation of moozoom in schools. You will work directly with school administrators and service centers in Quebec and French-speaking Canada to facilitate the use of the platform by their users.

In Short

• Support schools during the startup and implementation of moozoom.
• Facilitate implementation and training workshops.
• Promote the use of moozoom by users and their students.
• Develop training, tutorials, and other educational materials.
• Achieve customer retention objectives.
• Conclude annual subscription renewals in line with objectives.
• Collaborate with the pedagogical innovation team to develop new learning.

Requirements

• Experience in education or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational institutions.
• Knowledge of educational technology platforms.
• Fluency in French and English.
