Moonvalley is building the next generation creative studio, powered by the most capable video and image foundational models in the world. We are creating the platforms where the first generative Super Bowl ads and Oscar winning movies will be created.

In Short

• You’ll be Moonvalley’s second dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on Go to market positions while broadening to wider non-tech and some tech roles.
• Collaborate to scale Moonvalley’s team, refine hiring strategies, and elevate employer brand.
• Global end-to-end recruitment for technical talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and streamline hiring processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage relationships with third party recruiters.
• Enhance employer brand to attract top talent globally.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in candidate sourcing.
• Work largely asynchronously with some in-person collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting Go to market positions.
• Experience working in high growth SaaS or DeepTech companies.
• Experience enhancing recruitment processes for efficiency and scale.
• Global recruitment experience particularly in North America and Europe.
• Familiarity with ATSs and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
