Senior Workday HR Systems Analyst - Remote

Join MoonPay as our HR Systems Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of our HR systems and processes. In this role, you’ll drive scalable, high-impact solutions across our Workday ecosystem and other HR platforms, helping to optimize the full scope of People Operations.

In Short

• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM.
• Lead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Workday updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Analyze system gaps and recommend best practices.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Stay current with Workday product updates and industry trends.
• Develop internal knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance standards.
• Participate in Workday bi-annual releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of Workday configuration.
• Experience with troubleshooting integrations.
• Knowledge of long-term Workday best practices.
• Good understanding of People Operations processes.
• Self-motivated team player with a great attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or IT.
