KYB Analyst, KYC Operations Team - Remote

Overview

The KYB Analyst will focus on compliance by overseeing customer onboarding and due diligence processes, ensuring that MoonPay’s operations align with regulatory standards while helping to onboard customers to Web3.

In Short

• Conduct thorough KYB reviews for MoonPay partners.
• Analyze corporate structures for regulatory compliance.
• Perform adverse media screenings to assess risks.
• Meet performance KPIs including QA and productivity.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Develop operational processes for KYB procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert on KYB.
• Assist with KYC onboardings and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Train teammates and BPO partners as needed.
• Work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in corporate onboardings with KYC/AML expertise.
• Experience in fintech, web3, or crypto environments.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Proactive in understanding emerging web3 technologies.
• Ability to work independently and improve operational processes.
