Overview

This isn’t just any Art Manager role! It’s a unique combination of premium art production and art direction, overseeing the day-to-day of client projects whilst mentoring a team of elite Art Directors and world-class artists.

In Short

• Oversee creative production and delivery of client projects.
• Mentor and manage a team of Art Directors and artists.
• Art Direct selected projects and provide artistic feedback.
• Collaborate with the Senior Producer on project onboarding.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high-quality art production within budget and schedule.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
• Support talent acquisition and studio culture development.
• Present best practices and critique workflows.
• Work with the Creative Director to meet studio goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in the entertainment industry.
• 5+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and outsourcing.
• Knowledge of art content pipelines and asset management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience managing small to medium art teams.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on art processes.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
