In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Assist customers with order-related questions, product details, and general support
  • Maintain a positive, brand-aligned tone across all communications
  • Potentially expand support to additional brands as we grow
  • Collaborate with internal team members for escalations or FAQs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
  • Ideally experience with Zendesk, Gorgias or Freshdesk
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Familiarity with chat tools and social platforms (e.g., Shopify chat, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger)
  • Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
  • Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to work independently
