Overview

The Lead, Division IPT - Military Aircraft Group at Moog is responsible for overseeing technical and engineering execution performance throughout the product lifecycle while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contracted scope of work.

Requirements

  • 15 years of engineering experience with 5 years in development and production testing.
  • Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through development stages.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage complex technical issues and customer relations.
  • Experience with risk/scope/change management.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and systems thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver clear and transparent communication.
  • Willingness to foster a collaborative team environment.
