We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. As a VAIB Team Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and expertise.

In Short

  • Manage a team of VAIB Advisers.
  • Provide coaching and support on customer service tasks.
  • Monitor service levels and improve team performance.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings for engagement and updates.
  • Involved in hiring processes and interviews.
  • Handle complex customer queries and decision-making.
  • Aggregate team feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive data.
  • Motivate and engage the team during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with other managers for best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience managing remote customer service teams.
  • Ability to work Friday to Sunday (22.5 hours).
  • Leadership and team engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability and accessibility issues.
  • Strong analytical skills for data narrative creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathetic approach to people management.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with MacOS, Slack, and GSuite.
