Treasury Asset and Liability Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detailed oriented & collaborative Treasury Asset and Liability Manager (ALM) to enhance Treasury’s balance sheet management capabilities and reporting.

In Short

• Oversee and report performance metrics into governance committees.
• Develop ALM policies and procedures.
• Manage balance sheet and off balance sheet product impacts.
• Engage with Finance on Bank Profitability activities.
• Own the configuration of the ALM system.
• Ensure documentation aligns with requirements.
• Manage and report liquidity and funding metrics.
• Innovate liquidity management frameworks.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to Stress testing activities.

Requirements

• Understanding of Treasury processes and risk management.
• Experience in Treasury modelling and methodology designs.
• Ability to apply strategic thinking to business priorities.
• Knowledge of ALM systems and configurations.
• Demonstrated leadership in Treasury initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of banking book product risks.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Strong awareness of the business and regulatory environment.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Proven relationship building skills.
