Overview

As a German Speaking Patient Support Coordinator, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our patients, handling around 450 calls weekly and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to guide patients through their treatment journey.
• Book appointments, complete documentation, and resolve patient queries.
• Update and maintain patient information in the management system.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a fast-paced call centre or similar environment.
• A background in customer service or healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable using various software tools.
• Able to work independently and meet performance targets.
