Overview

The Product Management team at Monte Carlo plays a critical role in guiding our products' overall lifecycle - development, adoption, and enhancements. Our primary focus is understanding customers' needs and pain points and aligning the product to address these in intuitive workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally working on growth initiatives for 1+ years.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS applications.
• Track record of shipping impactful products.
• An instinct to always speak with customers and understand their pains.
• A sense of urgency, and a preference for iteration over perfection.
