Overview

The Director of Leisure Sales is responsible for developing strategic plans to enhance leisure and business travel market efforts, supporting Montage Los Cabos sales initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for leisure and business travel.
• Build relationships with travel producers and management accounts.
• Analyze competitive information and financial reports.

Requirements

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of four years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting programs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in the Mexican travel industry.
• Strong math and budget analysis skills.
• Ability to develop and identify new accounts.
• Team leadership capabilities.
