Regional Operations Partner - Remote

Overview

The Regional Operations Partner at Monster Tree Service will support, coach, and assist franchise locations from onboarding to launch and continued coaching throughout the year.

In Short

• Assist new franchises during the onboarding stage.
• Travel to locations throughout the Mid-West Region.
• Perform periodic on-site visits for established locations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Consult with franchise owners weekly on operations, sales, and profitability.
• Perform monthly business review calls for each location.
• Position reports to the Director of franchise operations and safety.
• Travel between 30% & 50% required.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in the green industry preferred.
• ISA or State Arborist Certification preferred.
• CTSP Certification preferred or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience in Plant Health Care service line.
• Experience in managing operations of a tree care business.
• Knowledge of small business principles.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with ANSI Z133 and A300 standards.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
