Overview

The Engineering Lead at Moniepoint will oversee the technical landscape of the engineering organization, guiding teams to build scalable and secure architectures while aligning technical vision with business goals.

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Proven track record in mentoring and performance management.
• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
