In Short

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and requirements for code conversion feature sets.
• Drive strategic narratives and operational recommendations on Application Modernization.
• Evangelize products at industry conferences and with key partners.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap.
• Understand all aspects of MongoDB for business outcomes.
• Deeply understand Generative AI powered code generations.
• Define go-to-market strategies and manage execution programs.
• Drive decision-making around prioritization and pricing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product experience with enterprise application development.
• Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to drive strategic agendas.
• Expert-level understanding of software architectures and methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Desirable experience with MongoDB and JSON-based Document models.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and tools.
• Strong technical acumen and comfort in technical discussions.
