In Short

• Define the long term product vision and technical strategy of Atlas IAM at MongoDB
• Contribute towards IAM industry standards and trends
• Mentor and grow teams and team members
• 12+ years experience of software engineering
• Deep and strong experience within identity and access management (IAM) systems
• Proficient in a modern compiled programming language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with AWS required; GCP, and Azure a plus
• Excitement to collaborate with colleagues and mentor fellow engineers
• Curious, collaborative, empathetic, and intellectually honest

Requirements

• Proven successes in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and highly available distributed systems
• In 3 months you’ll have acquired a mature and thorough understanding of our existing architecture
• In 6 months you'll be taking an active role in defining and driving the short and long term roadmap of our product
• In 12 months you’ll be a deeply respected mentor for our team and all surrounding teams
