Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer for the CRM Support team who is a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap.

In Short

  • Experience with salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Opportunity, Products, and more.
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, and Lightning components development.
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems including updates and bug fixes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
  • Good understanding of Change/Incident Management.
  • Experience with deployment and DevOps tools.
  • Identify and rectify integration issues using Salesforce APIs.
  • Generate resources for the knowledge base.
  • Address customer service problems effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in Engineering, Programming, or Technical Support.
  • Experience as L1/L2 support managing customer-facing applications.
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem Solver with technical capability.
  • Demonstrated skill in Customer Support.
  • Ability to prioritize and advance customer issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
