Monday.com is looking for a Product Manager for the Governance at scale domain who will be responsible for leading a world-class team of engineers & designers and is passionate about building ground-breaking, lovable products.

• Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods and data analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record.
• Creative problem-solving skills for complex software challenges.
• Natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities.
• Passion for building great user experiences with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain product decisions.
• Analytical experience with qualitative insights and quantitative data.
• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading SaaS or consumer products is an advantage.
• Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience is a plus.
