As an AI Engineer in the CRM group, you will play a key role in integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities across the entire sales and customer journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong focus on LLMs, and AI-driven systems, including deploying and optimizing large-scale language models.
• Proven track record leveraging LLMs to build elaborated, mission-critical products with real user adoption.
• Background in working with structured and unstructured data, including text, voice, and sales interactions.
• Passionate about CRM, sales automation, and leveraging AI to drive business impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with micro-services architecture, event sourcing and modern frameworks - an advantage.
