Overview

monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive - French Speaker who will be responsible for closing new business relationships with our clients. You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In Short

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our Service product.
  • Lead discovery and Service-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 Service product in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale.
  • Manage our existing portfolio of customers who may be interested in the product and source new opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Native French speaker and Fluent English - must.
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Track record of success and overachievement.
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Additional languages – advantage.
  • Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment.
