In Short

• Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients.
• Support the sales team in the early stages of the sales process.
• Qualify leads and forward them to the sales team.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of potential clients.
• Assist in updating CRM systems.
• Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies.
• Help prepare for sales meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales team.
• Optional: Take on additional administrative tasks based on interests and strengths.

Requirements

• Initial experience or strong interest in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with potential clients.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• Affinity for digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, LinkedIn).
• Currently studying or recently graduated, ideally in business, communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
