Overview

The Provider Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with Molina Healthcare policies, and delivering high-quality customer service.

In Short

  • Primary contact for provider relations.
  • Educate and advocate for providers.
  • Conduct regular provider site visits.
  • Provide training and education to providers.
  • Independently troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate problem-solving meetings between providers and Molina stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Travel requirement of 60%+ for site visits.
  • Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or provider service.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managed care setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider compensation methodologies.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration.
