Overview

The Customer Experience Representative provides support and service to Molina members and providers, ensuring their needs are met effectively while embodying the company values.

In Short

  • Provide support to members and providers via multiple communication channels.
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  • Document details of member or provider inquiries accurately.
  • Work scheduled shifts and be available for overtime or weekends.
  • Build rapport and respond empathetically to customer needs.
  • Meet individual performance goals in call quality and attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments.
  • Take ownership of providing resolutions in real time.
  • Assist providers with inquiries regarding member eligibility and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively in a professional setting.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Genesys, Salesforce, and other specified tools preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
