Overview

The Case Manager RN will work in a remote and field setting supporting our Medicaid Population, including Maternity and Pediatric populations. The role involves completing assessments, creating care plans, and providing education to members while ensuring productivity in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Work with Medicaid Population, including Maternity and Pediatric.
  • Complete assessments and create care plans.
  • Provide education to members.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail required.
  • Fast-paced position with a focus on productivity.
  • Must be licensed in the state of VA.
  • Local travel required within a 2-hour radius.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • 1-3 years of experience in case management preferred.
  • Active RN license required.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1-3 years in case management or related fields.
  • Active, unrestricted State RN license in good standing.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Experience in managed care or behavioral health settings preferred.
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
