Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing to join our award-winning agency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has experience managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, and enjoys building and maintaining strong client relationships.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients; managing day-to-day correspondence relating to project execution and progress.
  • Responsible for overall project quality, timely delivery, and a seamless working partnership.
  • Develop a clear understanding of client offerings, goals, objectives, and unique needs.
  • Build strong and trusted client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction through responsiveness and reliability.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including project briefing, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Create & manage accurate budgets and project timelines.
  • Prepare & drive regular client meetings and communications to provide updates.
  • Provide guidance to and supervise junior team members.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends and ensure clients stay ahead in their marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret marketing data.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
