Overview

The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for driving service revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with both end users and dealers.

  • Identify new opportunities for service agreements and spare parts sales.
  • Work closely with dealers to support service sales efforts.
  • Act as the primary contact for end users regarding service offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with dealers for performance discussions.
  • Provide commercial support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present tailored service agreement proposals.
  • Monitor market trends to identify differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of technical sales experience required.
  • High school diploma required; vocational education preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
  • Knowledge of service agreements and aftermarket support strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Up to 80% travel required within the assigned territory.
  • Proximity to states within territory or a major airport preferred.
