Accounts Payable Temporary Position - Remote

Overview

This temporary position is focused on providing accounting, financial, and administrative services related to accounts payable, ensuring accurate reporting and processing of vendor payments.

• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
