Overview

The Enterprise Analytics Engineer is a person with a passion for data and analysis who has significant experience architecting and utilizing data. This role on our Tech Department’s Enterprise Applications team requires strong collaboration with team members and other departments across the business.

In Short

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of data connections and analytics best practices.
• Centralize the Company’s cloud data into Snowflake.
• Create a common data framework for unified analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to create a data-enabled roadmap.
• Support external client base needs.
• Measure and optimize usage growth.
• Ensure transactional systems communicate with the data tech stack.
• Address data needs across the company.
• Build a multi-modal service model for functional groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in data architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in data architecture roles.
• Experience with SaaS transactional systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and relational databases.
• Significant experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of ETL systems like Matillion.
• Experience with analytic and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, HCM analytics is desirable.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
