Educator Support Manager (Math) - Remote

Overview

The Educator Support Manager (Math) will work within a designated portfolio of partners to support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of Modern Classrooms educators and to expand the reach of Modern Classrooms Project’s mission. Managers are responsible for providing a world-class experience for their educators, from recruitment through implementation. This role supports increased quality of teaching, leading to more students learning in responsive, personalized classrooms.

• Execute math training for educators both on-site and virtually
• Regular outreach and coaching calls to educators

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
• Experience with high-quality math curriculum preferred
• Data-driven decision-making and adaptability in a startup environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Experience training and supporting educators
• Strong communication skills across various mediums
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with productivity tools like Asana and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a startup environment
• Goals-oriented with a high degree of initiative
