Senior Consultant, Chargebacks - Remote

Overview

Model N is hiring a Sr. Consultant, Chargebacks for our Business Services team. The Sr. Consultant will play an essential role in supporting membership and chargeback processing for our life science customer base.

In Short

• Manage ongoing client relationships to resolve specific issues.
• Review and approve the setup and maintenance of customer contracts, pricing, and membership.
• Ensure chargebacks are processed according to contractual requirements.
• Lead and approve deliverables to clients.
• Oversee wholesaler chargeback requests and reconciliation documentation.
• Work with wholesalers to resolve chargeback errors.
• Coordinate with internal support for EDI and PDF reconciliation documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding processing status and data discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor Chargeback and Membership Analysts.
• Support ongoing software product testing and new client UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or applicable business experience.
• 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with chargebacks.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical discount contracts and EDI.
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High accuracy rate and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel techniques.
• Able to manage multiple tasks across functional areas.
• Experience in compliance with regulatory and operational rules.
