In Short

  • Lead and manage all aspects of debit card operations.
  • Oversee chargeback process ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement transaction monitoring systems to prevent fraud.
  • Manage dispute operations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Identify process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Develop risk management strategies for debit card operations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships for optimal service levels.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
  • Collaborate with departments for cohesive operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payments preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in debit card operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in Fintech and large banks preferred.
  • Deep understanding of debit card processing and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
