Marketing Specialist (Multi-Entity Support) - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day marketing execution across all of our operating companies. This is a hands-on, AI-native generalist role: building and running campaigns in ActiveCampaign, maintaining websites in Duda across every entity, tracking inbound performance and lead flow, running our LinkedIn-led social presence, and producing the sales collateral our regional teams use every day.

In Short

• Plan, build, deploy, and measure email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Maintain segmented contact lists and automation workflows.
• Partner with sales on inbound lead routing and reporting.
• Own and maintain websites for all brands in the Duda CMS.
• Manage on-page SEO and web performance tracking.
• Run LinkedIn-led social media presence.
• Produce and maintain sales collateral and brand assets.
• Use AI tools to increase productivity and quality.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely.
• B2B experience preferred; ITS industry experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
• Experience with modern CMS; Duda experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with web analytics and reporting.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in a professional setting.
• Self-directed and able to support multiple business units.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.
