Social Media Sales Analyst - Remote

Overview

Moaddel Law Firm is seeking a Social Media Sales Analyst to manage and convert inbound social media inquiries, supporting the Sales department in identifying qualified leads and delivering excellent customer service.

In Short

• Respond to and engage with potential clients through social media direct messages.
• Monitor and reply to comments on posts, stories, and ads across social platforms.
• Qualify incoming leads and identify eligibility for the firm’s services.
• Collaborate with Sales Analysts and Consultants to support lead follow-ups.
• Re-engage qualified prospects through social media when phone contact attempts are unsuccessful.
• Request, review, and analyze client documentation related to their case.
• Apply subject matter knowledge to guide prospects and encourage conversion.
• Support daily social media and lead management tasks.
• Work with AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and response quality.
• Follow departmental procedures and complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong sales mindset and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• English level C1 or C2.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, in-office environment.
