Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• 2–3 years successful track record in phone sales.
• Experience in legal intake or immigration consultations.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Experience in KPI or metrics-driven environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high call volume.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Tech savvy with CRM systems.
• Dependable laptop or desktop required.
• Stable internet connection needed.
