Overview

As a Program Manager at MNTN, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our MNTN Platform initiatives within the Performance TV advertising sphere, managing end-to-end execution and delivering state-of-the-art products that align with our strategic goals.

In Short

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define product requirements and prioritize roadmaps.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of products and projects from planning to execution.
• Document project plans, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Identify and track blockers and dependencies.
• Facilitate agile events for your team.
• Engage with technical leads and product designers to ensure proper ticket management.
• Track and analyze team-level metrics for productivity and project estimation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings for clear communication of priorities.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Work closely with UX, engineering, and support teams for successful product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or product management experience.
• Experience with platform administration or internal tools.
• Background in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or SaaS platforms.
• Basic data analysis skills with SQL and analytics/BI tools.
• Experience with agile development frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical savviness with engineering processes.
• Experience with Atlassian Products required.
• Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner certification is a plus.
